With generous funding from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, the Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC) has been pioneering and championing for change for our families living with neurodiversity. Come join us for an opportunity to look at the challenges and barriers to Navy life for serving personnel, spouses, partners and families living with neurodiversity/SEN. The RNRMC needs your views on what the real roadblocks and challenges are and, in your opinion - what needs to change. Everyone’s view is valued and important to the RNRMC – we want to hear your voice.

At the RNRMC - the word ‘families’ is often used, this is inclusive, and not just those with children.

With your views, the RNRMC neurodiversity team can identify some insights, realistic changes (short and long term) and highlight any priorities. Where possible, the RNRMC will facilitate transformational change – with the end goal of aiming to enhance the lives of those living with neurodiversity.

Mandy Lindley, Director of Relationships and Funding at RNRMC, had this to say:

At the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity - we are deeply dedicated to our neurodiversity commitment. With our workshops – funded by The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, we have a common goal to champion neurodiversity, we’re not only advocating for inclusion but also celebrating the extraordinary contributions that diverse cognitive perspectives bring to our world. We’re making a difference together
