Acknowledging the challenges of employment, finance, resettlement, and personal administration faced by both active and former members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines and Royal Fleet Auxiliary, the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC) stands as a beacon of unwavering support.

In June 2023, the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity provided £50,000 to the White Ensign Association to support the work of regional managers Dave Scholey and Marty Small, who offer unbiased, independent financial guidance through personal interviews and lectures delivered at all Royal Navy and Royal Marine establishments throughout the United Kingdom.   They have assisted over 3,600 active and former members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines and Royal Fleet Auxiliary, and their families.

Whether you're navigating the intricacies of pension plans, seeking avenues for smooth resettlement, or simply requiring a steady hand in managing personal affairs, the compassionate team at WEA is there to ease the burden.

After a consultation with Marty Small, Royal Marine WO1(RSM) Lee Drinkwater said:

I would like to highlight the extremely positive impact Marty's guidance has had on me. His expertise and knowledge in military transitions have enabled me to plan my future with confidence. Marty took the time to understand my individual circumstances and career aspirations, and he provided tailored advice that aligned perfectly with my goals. This comprehensive overview has allowed me to gain a clearer perspective on my future and the potential directions I can pursue.
