The first of 3 Scottish Kings Camps supported by the RNRMC completed last week; as you can see the kids all had a whale of a time.  The Faslane Base Executive team paid a visit to ensure that all was running to plan in the unseasonably good weather!

COVID-19 forced the cancellation of the 2020 Kings Camps in partnership with the RNRMC, so it was particularly pleasing to see the camps return this year to support the Clyde Community. The children all enjoyed themselves in a safe and stimulating environment which, at the end of the day, is all that really matters.

Annabelle Walker, Commissioning Manager for the RNRMC Family Support programme said, "working closely with Kings and the Royal Navy we have overcome many challenges this year,   I am so pleased so see the RNRMC sponsored Activity Camps back with more children than ever before thanks to a lot of hard work from colleagues and our partners."

During this year’s Summer holidays over 1200 children from Royal Navy and Royal Marine families will attend a series of Kings Camps across the country supported by the RNRMC and the Royal Navy.
