HMS Sultan Hosts Wellbeing Day

General
HMS Sultan’s Well-being Day took place today, 15 May, during Mental Health Awareness Week. As the principal charity of the Royal Navy, RNRMC was pleased to be represented and in particular raise awareness of our neurodiversity project with our Neurodiversity Navigator, Bobbie Branson, on hand to answer questions about this service.
Wellbeing days held on naval bases are an opportunity for serving and civil service personnel working at that establishment to access a whole range of services and support relating to physical and mental well-being.
These events gather together representatives from organisations and charities who offer support to personnel and their families, ensuring that those in the naval community are aware of the services which are available to them.
