Fundraising Administrator

Part-Time

Our Charity exists to provide a lifetime of support to the men and women of the Naval Service and their immediate families wherever and whenever they are in need. We take great pride in being responsive and in making a difference at a critical point in people’s lives.

We are looking for a Part-Time (17.5h) Fundraising Administrator to deliver efficient and conscientious administrative support to the Fundraising team. As part of the role the individual will be the ‘voice’ of the fundraising department, representing the charity in a warm professional manner. Assisting with the day-to-day running of the fundraising department, the role holder will contribute to fundraising activities such as the preparation of proposals, reports, events, and accurate record-keeping. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to grow their skills in a small and busy team where the tasks require enthusiasm and focus.

We’ll want you to ensure that the RNRMC is agile as the country recovers from COVID-19. You’ll have to react to the changing environment, take advantage of the innovations in fundraising while reintroducing physical activities as soon as it’s safe to.

The role is based in Portsmouth with some homeworking at the present time.

For an informal discussion about the role, please get in touch with Bob Field, Fundraising and Merchandise Manager at bob.field@rnrmc.org.uk or on Tel: 02393 871536.
