Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC) was proud to be the chosen charity at this year’s Combined Naval Event (CNE), held from 20–22 May 2025 at the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre.
Over three dynamic days, our Corporate Partnerships and Events Team engaged with industry leaders, long-standing corporate partners, and new contacts across the naval and wider defence sectors.
A particular highlight was our informal evening BBQ, generously sponsored by our Platinum Bridge Partners. This relaxed setting provided delegates with the chance to exchange ideas, build relationships, and gain deeper insight into the work we do.
RNRMC Chief Executive, Andrew Jameson OBE, spoke about the enduring importance of the charity’s mission:
“It was a pleasure to welcome so many friends and supporters to our evening reception. Events like these remind us that behind every ship, every uniform, and every operation, there’s a person – and a family – who may one day need our help.”
As the principal charity of the Royal Navy, RNRMC exists to provide lifelong support to those who serve and their loved ones. Whether its helping families navigate the challenges of service life or assisting veterans in their transition to civilian life, our work plays a vital role in sustaining the wellbeing of the naval community.
We are sincerely grateful to Navy Leaders for once again inviting us to be the CNE’s chosen charity, and to our generous Platinum Bridge Partners - Babcock, Leonardo, BAE Systems, ESS, Lockheed Martin and MBDA for sponsoring the evening.
