The RNRMC provides grants to organisations that specialise in supporting serving personnel and working-age veterans as they navigate the crucial transition from military to civilian life. This stage can present complex challenges—from securing meaningful employment and housing to managing physical or mental health needs—and specialist partners are often best equipped to deliver tailored, practical support. By funding programmes that focus on skills development, career pathways, wellbeing, and community integration, the RNRMC helps ensure that those leaving the Royal Navy and Royal Marines are set up for long-term stability and success. Through this targeted grant-making approach, the charity strengthens the network of organisations working to empower veterans of working age, enabling them to thrive in civilian society while remaining connected to the Naval community.
