RNRMC is delighted to announce new funding for 2026

We are pleased to announce three new themed opportunities in 2026 for organisations to apply for a 1-year innovative grant from £1000 up to a maximum of £30,000.  

RNRMC is looking for innovative grants that are inclusive and accessible for all, including minority and underrepresented groups, from organisations working with Royal Navy/Royal Marine Veterans, Serving, (including RFA and Reservists), and their Families.  

Applicants must meet the set theme and outcomes and are expected to report twice on the difference made during the grant lifetime.

We invite applications from  

  • UK based registered Charities
  • Community Interest Company (CIC’s)  

Criteria

Applications will be scored against criteria outlined in RNRMC Charity Framework of Funding Principles.

Applicants should consider and demonstrate the following

  • Under £30,000 spend
  • Targeted support to Royal Navy/Royal Marine Veterans, Serving, RFA, Families, and Reservists.
  • Innovation
  • Evidence of need in line with each theme and outcomes
  • Inclusivity and accessibility for minority and underrepresented groups.
  • Project planning, including activities, comms and marketing, staffing, costs and monitoring quality and evaluation.
  • Governance and management structures
  • Partnership work with others
  • Engagement with other funders to bring in further investment
  • Evidence of the difference made via performance measures and evaluation

Grant themes and dates

  • Transition and Support for Working Age Veterans: applications open 14 Nov 2025 – applications close 12 Jan 2026
  • Family and Relationship Support: applications open 2 Feb – applications close 7 Apr 2026
  • Mental Health, Wellbeing and Resilience: applications open 4 May – applications close 1 Jul 2026
