RNRMC provides grants to organisations that deliver mental health, wellbeing, and resilience support to serving personnel, veterans, and their families, acknowledging the unique pressures and experiences that Naval life can bring. These grants enable specialist providers to offer accessible counselling, trauma support, preventative wellbeing programmes, and resilience-building initiatives that empower individuals to manage stress, maintain good mental health, and recover from challenges. By funding expert organisations with the skills and capacity to deliver high-quality, tailored support, RNRMC strengthens the mental health safety net across the Naval community. This grant-making approach ensures that beneficiaries can access timely, effective care that promotes long-term wellbeing and enhances quality of life.
