Two Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC) staff members are in their final preparations for the respective marathon races in both Brighton and Paris this weekend.

David takes on Brighton Marathon for Felicity

David Williamson, Grants Officer at the RNRMC, is running for Felicity.

The money raised from David's fundraising will go towards helping to fund home adaptations for Felicity. Felicity has three separate brain abnormalities, meaning that she suffers seizures on a daily basis, she has an unsafe swallow reflex so is fed through a tube, she has motor difficulties and serious visual impairment.

Marathon 1 of 4 for Suzy

Suzy Slight, Senior Finance & Payroll Officer at the RNRMC, is taking on a London to Brighton in May for our Twickenham100 challenge.

In preparation for this and in order to raise more money throughout the year, Suzy will run 4 marathons in 2017!

These will be at Queen Elizabeth Country Park, Paris, Portsmouth and the big one... New York!
